Counting Obamas Mistakes

It seems like every person in the country has a tally of all the negative things President Bush has done during his administration.  Too long in Iraq, out of control spending, awful public speaker, etc. The list goes on and on like a bad chick flick.  Well now that Senator Obama has been elected into office, and will begin the first of the year, I’m going to keep a running tally on his mistakes, from the day after the election until he is finished.  Democrats in this country will finally get a chance to feel like I have felt over the last 8 years.  We tend to forget all of the good things that President Bush did  while in office, because everyone complains about the little hiccups in his administration.  So here is the list, short as of now, but lets remember it has been less than a week.

1. Picking Rahm-Bo as his White House Chief of Staff is not as safe a bet as he may think.  We know Emanuel worked for the Clinton administration and that he had a huge role in helping democrats gain control of the house.  If President elect Obama wants to put people on his staff that are bi-partisan and want to help the better off the country, he has failed.  Emanuel is just as far left as he is, and this shows how he wants thing run.  TO THE LEFT.  Other than that, what do we really know about Emanuel?

2. The plan to cut spending and start rebuilding our economy looks to be in jeopardy.  Obama is going to put us further in debt before he even takes over.  Which, when it happens, he will more than likely blame on the republicans and the Bush administration.  Bailing out the big auto companies will put us 50 billion more in debt.  Passing an additional stimulus package is another further step in the hole.  Cutting taxes for the poor and increasing them for the wealthy will result in reduce spending from the upper class, and less jobs created by those that can afford to do so.

3. Obama is heading towards the same road as FDR.  Does anyone remember where he took us?

4. He has already insulted one of the most influential women in history, Nancy Reagan.

5. He is a mutt.

Like I said short list for the week, and I have tried to stay away from politics all week long!  I’m sure when I catch up the list will grow.  Who cares about what he will do to help America.  I’m more concerned about how he is going to mess up!  Wrong I know, but maybe people will think!
