Stupid rules

I was listening to talk radio today during my daily commute and they were talking about this guy in Montana. This 23 year man was sentenced to 37 months in prison for sleeping with and video taping a sexual act with his 16 year old girlfriend. Now some of you may say WTF is he doing sleeping with a 16 year old kid? Well in Montana the legal age of consent is 16, so that wasn’t his felony. In fact, he didn’t even get in trouble for sex with a minor or anything like that. He got in trouble for video taping the whole thing. In Montana it’s legal to do the dirty when your 16, but you have to be 18 to be filmed doing the nasty!! Does anyone else think that this guy kinda got screwed………at least twice?
