Anyone know this answer

So I’ve been thinking about this down economy and how awful it has been. It got me to thinking how many “Millionaires” in the world have actually made their money while in a crappy economy? People say that the best time to make money is while the economy is a tail spin, how many of those actually people really did well? I’m looking into some different things that could help put my new family into a great position and things are actually really starting to pan out well. If anyone out there knows how much water this theory holds, please let me know!!
